Are you doing your best?
Doing our best, it’s why we’re here, it’s why we’re born, it’s why our soul ends up in a physical body on this beautiful Earth.
What’s your purpose in life? It’s to fucking do our best, all the time, at every moment — intend to never slip up, intend to always do your best, whether it’s taking a breath (which most people half assedly do so badly, and even when they do, it’s unconscious and hopeless and shallow and panicky and stressed.)
That’s not a breath, it’s a joke. Make your breath mean something: do your best, breathe in calmness, breathe out kindness.
You know you can be thinking any thought at any time, and as you think that breath, do you want to think that retarded negative thought that affects no one, or do you intend to think your highest thought, your most beautiful version of thought?
Whichever way you choose, changes what level of your current ‘best’ is for that breath – and this is only a small scale example. On a large scale, do your best for your vision of life, your own life. What do you want to be? Boring, lethargic, depressed, flaky, indecisive, and passionless? Is that what you want to be, with each moment? Is that your best? It… might be
If it is, all the power to you; amazing! The world sometimes needs people who’re passion-less and maybe you’re the best at being that way, for whatever amount of time. It may lead to you getting used to being used by others who are doing their best in a passionate way, manipulated left and right, and thrown away like a rag doll on a rainy day.
If, on the other hand your best is living with pure joy, extending kindness and generosity to others, elevating and educating and evolving humanity, reaching new heights and new personal bests as well as constantly growing… then give us a call, because we at SpiritSentient would love to connect with you.
Anyways, if you have the option/ability to choose the latter and have, be, and do your best in a given moment, then choosing the former will feel horrible and is clearly not your best… That feeling let’s each of us know.
There’s no judgment here, and we don’t care what your best is, it’s personal to everyone, and you will always know, if you are doing your best at every moment, and for now, in this very moment, this blog post is definitely our best.
