"We are not human beings on a spiritual path, but spiritual beings on a human path" Art and being creative is allowing yourself to experience the vast universe that is inside you and let it connect with the universe that is around us all. You were correct in naming it as god, the universe or whatever really because it is the nameless/formless that drives us, inspires us and intrigues us. Thank you so very much for writing this. It is a very tricky subject to explain and you did it perfectly. A great beginner book on this is called "The Artists Way" for anyone reading this who is interested in slowly diving deep and exploring the artist inside of us all.
