Abundance Of Abundance Blogs

Happy New Year!

Abundance seems to be a hot topic lately, there’s been lots of talk about the economy, recessions, bail-outs, etc., though perhaps the globe is past most of that now? People around SpiritSentient are usually caught discussing sustainability, creativity, cash-less-living, skill-sharing, generosity, and so on.

Our video promoting Kiva.org went over extremely well, and donations and funds have been pouring in from all kinds of interesting avenues.

It might help you to read some of the prosperity-buzz around the net. Sure there’s the big-guys like Napoleon Hill, Joe Vitale, Douglas Vermeeren, Abraham-Hicks, Byron Katie, and other big names in abundance-management.

There are also some extremely note-worthy, freely-offered pieces by some incredible bloggers on abundance.

Check ‘em out :)

abundance2-steve

StevePavlina.com — I’ve linked Steve on here a few times, he probably needs no introduction, but is a top-notch leader in personal-development blogging, and a rockin’ human being.

Here’s a 4 part video-blog he made on Creating Abundance. A lot of good material here.

Steve’s Creating Abundance Videos.

abundance2-sark

PlanetSark.com — I’ve never linked Sark before, but I really should have <grin> – I found my first sark (Susan Ariel Rainbow Kennedy) book at a library near my house. It made me cry :)

She encouraged inspiration and creativity. She told stories about how she brought so many good things in her life simply by using the classifieds.

I then proceeded to do something very similar for myself with Craigslist and Justfortheloveofit.org (I was interviewed by The Toronto Star about this very thing recently.) She’s creative, colorful, and fun.

abundance2-marelisa

Marelisa-Online.com — Another awesome abundance-oriented blog. Marelisa Fábrega has written a tremendous amount on creativity, productivity, and rocking life.

She writes all kinds of things and has varied interests, and I was very interested to discover that she liked Mark Joyner’s Simple-ology program, which I’ve used effectively myself for many months, and have a great love for. (SpiritSentient has also promoted Mark’s wonderful ConstructZero project often.)

Check out Marelisa’s 4 part article on The Science Of Getting Rich.

abundance2-ariel-bravy

YouAreTrulyLoved.com — Ariel Bravy’s creation, and one I haven’t read for a while, but I never forget it.

He was a regular/inner-circle member at Stephane Hemon’s stunning relationship forums over at Ideagasms for a time, and then he started up his own fantastic blog.

‘Abundance’ isn’t a super-common topic at YATL, as Ariel tends to touch on concepts often considered more esoteric/out-there, but his quality of writing is a wonderful read regardless of topic, and perhaps his style will appeal to some of you more than some of the others linked here.

abundance2-chris-jackson

TheAbundanceSite.com – Chris Jackson’s experiences shared with… us!

This site is relatively new to me, I came across it while browsing info related to this post, and I liked it. It’s honest, straight-forward, refreshing, and sincere.

Chris’s article on intention-manifestation basics is a nice take on things, and a great reminder.

abundance2-steve-martile

FreedomEducation.com – Steve Martile, a fellow Canadian, used to be an engineer, and has turned abundance-blogger.

Good.

The picture to the left is his guest-article on the famous ZenHabits.com, but below is a link to his article on his own site, FreedomEducation.

Steve writes about Wallace Wattles (as does Marelisa), T. Harv Ecker, and much more (his articles on Money JARS are really cool.)

Steve’s article on changing one’s Unconscious Perfomance Limit to Earn More Money is ridiculous-good, and it doesn’t even offer any real conclusions. It just points out some really interesting things, shares some stories, and asks a question.

The blogs above are filled with valuable things to help people grow*, and browsing around them probably couldn’t hurt. Rock ‘em if you got ‘em :)

*Obviously not nearly as filled with goodness as SpiritSentient.com <grin>

  • Just so everyone's on the same page, the above post feels a little like form-comments or spam, but I felt it was awesome regardless. The Opus, the Secret, Byrne, Vermeeren... all good stuff.

    And if I'm wrong, s'cool too :D

    Either way,
    Thanks Brian!

I was reading your posts here and I recently saw The Secret again and The Opus and I really liked them both. I thought they were very different in their approach to similar lessons. In the end I think The Opus was more practical but The Secret seemed to be more cutting edge in the music and filming. I highly recommend them both. I was also reading below about people's comment of the various creators Rhonda Byrne and Douglas Vermeeren. i have never seen Rhonda Byrne live, but I have seen Douglas Vermeeren live. He is an incredible speaker. And just like the Opus he was full of great practical information. I found him to have great and useful insights far more relevant than many other speakers I have heard. He has been compared to Napoleon Hill and rightly so. His materials focus around interviews he has conducted with some of the most success people on the earth in the last decade. You can find more about him at his official website www.DouglasVermeeren.com and there are also many good clips on youtube. I have heard many saw that he is the next big upcoming personal development leader and after having seen his materials I would agree.
