Do you love high-energy gatherings, of like-minded people directed towards a tremendously awesome cause for human growth? I do. Which is why I participated in the oh-so-wonderful Regenesis/About Face Collective‘s Art-Auction Fund-Raiser for a Toronto Based Eco-Village. That’s right, an eco-village, right smack-dab in Toronto.

Is that pure Hotness? Yes.

Are you sad you missed it? Hopefully not, there’ll be more

Am I going overboard with the rhetoric? Possibly, but hey, it’s my website and I’ll do what I want to

I can’t say enough good things about this bash, sooo many amazing people came out: artists, musicians, fashion designers, models, dj’s, authors, bloggers, philanthropists, dancers, etc. to name a few. The organizers were truly ‘engaged’ in the cause, and there was heavy, heavy promotion; everyone spread the word. The door-people, bartenders, waiters, caterers, kitchen staff, setup crew, techs… everyone really pulled together. It was a truly beautiful thing.

SpiritSentient represented strongly as well with Arthur, Bella, Takuya, myself and Tim (of thesereneway.com) making an appearance.

I love shows like this, was totally in my element, and met a ton of absolutely wonderful people. And they were all having a really, really good time. So much so, that Kimberly Carroll (thedivineredhead.com) definitely had her hands full emcee-ing the room and still rocked it.

Okay, enough gushing, I was inspired to put together this re-cap of the Regensis/About Face Gala, set to the music of Dr. Draw, who was definitely a highlight of the show.

Gorgeous eh? Eco-Village’s time has come, and I praise and appreciate everyone involved with it. Thanks go out to Mike, Chris, Lauren, and Natalie (and anyone I missed ) for spearheading this deal. I feel really good about it.
